Property Manager

Wang Brothers Investments LLC, a growing Real Estate Investments company located in Berkeley CA, is looking for a full time Property Manager. We are in search of a highly motivated, detailed oriented person to be responsible for the management of assigned commercial/residential properties. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently and within a team setting, fast learner with excellent communication skills (both oral and written).

Main Responsibilities include:

• Oversee, maintain, and inspect all designated buildings and properties
• Periodic Property Visit/inspection
• Coordinate ongoing maintenance and inspections
• Address tenant complaints, violations, and problems
• Tenant Relationship and Support
• Manage vendor proposals
• Budgeting, researching and data compiling
• Perform other duties and office works as assigned

Preferred Qualifications:

- At Least Bachelor Degree in Business
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills
- Able to work under pressure and fulfill deadlines
- Problem Solver
- Experience with Appfolio and Project Development Management is a plus
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong Interpersonal Skills

This position will require driving to the properties every week, good DMV driving record is required

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
